ELV Technician

• Installs security systems components units and printed circuit boards following instructions from Project Engineer e.g. cameras motion detectors electronic locks etc.
  
• Installs structured cabling for various systems .i.e. CCTV Access control Intrusion detection etc.
  
• Install and service various Intrusion CCTV and Access Control Systems in
  
• Travel to various customer sites performing installation and service work.
  
• Have experience using test electronic equipment for reading voltage e.g. digital multimeter
  
• Be experienced and able to use hand tools and small power tools e.g. drilling machines screwdrivers & cutters
  
• Be able to read and understand technical drawings data sheets and written work instructions
  
• Having prior education training & knowledge of basic electronics security systems e.g. IP Surveillance Intrusion detection Access control andor electronic power supplies are all preferred
  
• Should have initiative to fabricate parts cables to ensure an installation will be successfully executed
  
• Works closely with the Project Engineer
  
• Should have knowledge of common safety practices
  

Requirements

• High School/ITI/Diploma.
  
• At least 13 years experience in similar role handing ELV projects (Structured Cabling CCTVFire alarm Access Control)
  
• UAE driving license is a plus
