Job Description

With a commitment to innovation professionalism and excellence we manage over 680 properties and employ a dedicated team of over 240 professionals.


About the Role:
As a Assistant HR Manager at Deluxe Holiday Homes you will play a crucial role performing generalist HRrelated duties on a professional level. You will be working closely with senior management in supporting designated geographic regions. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration employee relations training performance management onboarding policy implementation recruitment/employment affirmative action and employment law compliance.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the employment lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated inquiries and issues providing timely and effective resolution.
  • Address employee concerns manage conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment to ensure employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Conduct comprehensive exit interviews analyze feedback and implement improvements for continuous organizational enhancement.
  • Administer and oversee employee benefit programs including health insurance retirement plans and other perks ensuring optimal utilization and employee satisfaction.
  • Assist with accurate and timely payroll processing ensuring compliance with compensation policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations staying updated with legal requirements to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain current knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements integrating them into daily operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal standards.
  • Support the performance appraisal process including goal setting performance reviews and feedback sessions to promote employee development.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans disciplinary actions and effective employee management techniques.
  • Identify training needs design and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HR databases ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Prepare detailed HR reports and analytics to support informed decisionmaking and strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Ideally with relevant HR certifications (CIPD/SHRM).
  • 35 years of UAE experience in HR roles in hospitality or startups.
  • Applied & demonstrated knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and related procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with HRIS ATS and other related software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
