We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Process Manager to join our Quality Assurance team and play a critical role in transferring new product development ideas into our restaurants and central kitchen, ensuring seamless integration into production processes. Some of the key responsibilities are as follows:
- Review existing culinary processes across our restaurants and identify areas of improvements in workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and quality
- Develop standardized recipes, cooking methods and plating guidelines to ensure consistency and quality throughout our network of restaurants
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of culinary process improvements through performance metrics, food quality assessments, and feedback from stakeholders
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to optimize ingredient sourcing and supply chain processes for culinary operations
- Managing handover of new products in between R&D and Operations
- Manage multiple projects within established timelines Knowledge/Experience
- Design and deliver training programs for production team members on operating new equipment, following new production processes and maintaining product quality.
