- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and inventory management.
- Consistently ensure high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency of dishes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new technologies and ingredients into menu development.
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-control strategies and enhance profitability.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in maintaining culinary standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Efficiently use the ERP system iiko to optimize kitchen operations and streamline processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of culinary experience, with at least 5 years in a similar executive chef role in renowned restaurants.
- Proven experience in creating innovative and successful menu offerings.
- Experience in creating retail menus for delivery and standalone cafes.
