Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
Foster a positive work environment and culture through engagement initiatives.
Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts.
