Job Title: Reliability Engineer

Job Description

As a Reliability Engineer, you will support and work alongside Consultants through all phases of delivery. This includes discovery, information and data gathering and analysis, best practices gap identification, findings, recommendations and project improvement plan development. You will provide the technical assistance needed to support all on-site maintenance activities while adhering to delivering technically sound and fundamentally consistent work. You will also develop and maintain trusted relationships with industry partners, leverage your professional network to generate new opportunities, and establish credibility through thought leadership. Additionally, you will support efforts to increase the firm's market share by identifying additional projects and clients. Periodically, you will develop and deliver training courses to our clients in the fields of your areas of expertise.

Hard Skills

• In-depth understanding of industry best practices in a minimum of five of the listed disciplines
• Ability to play a key role in the architecture and delivery of a M&R solution
• Proficiency in all MS Office software and spreadsheet applications
