Job Description
Product Manager Managed Security Services
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead crossfunctional teams for new product evaluation service design and product launch.
- Design Implement and track GoToMarket strategy for product/offerings owned
- Drive enablement for Sales Presales and PostSales functions within organization
- Drive strategic initiatives focus for growth of regionbased product/service lines with crossfunctional stakeholders
- Create business reports for Strategic and Tactical stakeholders
- Support teams during presales phase in terms of positioning product/service effectively
- Support Project management/delivery/onboarding teams in ironing out issues for smoother customer onboarding
- Support operations team during BAU for any major issues
- Work with technical presales commercial finance contract and other teams to ensure a winning proposal for customer
Professional Qualifications and Required Experience
- Experience of leading product management for one or more domains with requisite products/services defined under the domain(s)
- Should have 5 or more years of IT experience with at least 2 years of product management experience on Security Operations (Threat Management) Network security Identity Security Data Security cloud security and/or Application security.
- Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI) process for security products
- Handson experience of creating and maintaining product documentation like collaterals pricebooks marketing content battlecards
- Expertise in designing process and benchmarks for proposals commercial models implementation projects transition projects and BAU operations
- Basic knowledge of cloud technologies/platforms
- Indepth understanding of customer issues industry vertical pitch creation identification of industry specific usecases management reporting
- Must be able to conduct secondary market analysis product portfolio growth plans track revenuecost metrics and have strong problem solving skills
