Job Description
- Actively address outstanding exceptions in transactions, client requests, and other issues on a daily basis through monitoring and process implementation.
- Seek guidance from Compliance when necessary to resolve client or departmental inquiries or concerns.
- Report any issues or control breakdowns to the Operations Manager, Compliance, and IT as appropriate.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product and process information for transaction processing in all asset classes within Operations.
- Assist in providing training on the transaction processing system and ensure documentation and maintenance of relevant policies and procedures.
