Heavy Truck Driver

Roles & Responsibilities Safely operate a heavy truck and comply with all traffic laws and regulations. Transport cars from one location to another. Transport goods and materials from one location to another. Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the truck to ensure its safe operation. Plan and follow efficient routes to maximize productivity and minimize fuel consumption. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and logbooks. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and delivery schedules. Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical issues immediately.
