Job Summary: XAD Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager with specialized expertise in solar energy projects encompassing design material supply and endtoend installation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of solar project implementation ensuring the timely and costeffective delivery of highquality solar installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage solar energy projects from inception to completion including project planning execution monitoring and closure.
• Coordinate with design teams to develop efficient and effective solar energy solutions.
• Manage procurement processes to ensure the timely and costeffective supply of necessary materials.
• Oversee the installation of solar systems ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients stakeholders and team members to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and performance making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurately maintained.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Renewable Energy or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing solar energy projects.
• Proven expertise in solar design material supply and installation.
• Strong project management skills with PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards regulations and best practices in solar energy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in the Middle East.
• Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Dubai.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients vendors and team members.
