Maintenance Supervisor

Job Purpose: Directs and supervises Maintenance workforce in all maintenance activities for equipment/plants etc used in Harsco site locations. The job's overall purpose will be to take full responsibility for defining and delivering the best asset management practices through applying proactive financial, operational, and procurement strategies of the Harsco Sites. Exercises independent discretion and judgment in the execution of business strategies by providing leadership & direction to the team. Trains, coaches, and develops associates on efficient work methods to increase departmental productivity. Monitors all results for the department and determines changes that are needed in procedures or conditions that could affect costs.
