Roles & Responsibilities
• Carry out repairs as per manufacturer’s standard, comply with work instructions manual.
• F1 – Fix it Right First Time
• Completion of job within allotted time
• Feedback on additional repairs to Team Leader, Foreman and Controller
• Inform in advance about the delay in work to Team Leader /Foreman
• Must carry out over time whenever the workshop load increases as per Team Leader /Foreman/Controller’s request.
• Oils/Consumables recording on Job Card
• Handling of customer’s vehicle in a safely manner
