Essential Duties:
- Collaborate with the team and brands in creating documentation, guidelines, standards, and best practices across all brands.
- Point of contact, post sale, for onboarding customers in the project management tool and establishes guidelines and expectations.
- Responsible for coordination and administration of shipping needs for domestic and international customers.
- Assists in creating and updating brand documentation for the onboarding phase of new customers at Actabl.
- Communicates project status, issues, and risks to management.
- Serve as a point of contact for the quality check during the Review-It phase.
- Serve as a point of verification for day to day operations ensuring that projects and contracts are accounted for correctly.
- Assist in onboarding implementation staff by introducing new hires to department tools and processes.
- Other duties or functions may be assigned.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in a Customer Service, Customer Support, or other customer facing role
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Ability to take direction and a desire to learn
- Proven attention to detail
- Knowledge of project software a plus
- Ability to juggle competing priorities
- This position is customer facing and requires excellent communication skills
