Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the project team throughout the project duration, be a focal point of contact between management and project stakeholders, and escalate matters within the group as may be required to respond to project needs in a timely manner.
- Take ownership to deliver the project on time to the required quality standards, and within the set budget from the time it is awarded for execution.
- Monitor construction progress against approved technical documentation and project execution plan including, but not limited to compliance with design and specifications, quality control and assurance, HSE, codes, industry standards and best practice.
- In pre-tender phase, oversee and drive the design development and approvals process through close coordination with the responsible consultants, technical and interior design teams throughout the pre-tender phase of the project
- Participate in the design review process with particular regard to aspects of constructability, with consideration to the agreed Scope Traceability Matrix and any other relevant company guidelines.
- Oversee and drive the process of tender floating in line with the Master Programme, coordinating with the responsible Consultants, Technical and Commercial teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or other relevant field.
Minimum Experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience delivering high-rise tower projects
