Delivery Boy

• Pick up items from the designated location and ensure they are securely packed for transportation.
• Deliver goods, parcels, food orders, or documents to customers or clients in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while riding the bike on roads and streets.
• Maintain the bike in good working condition by performing regular maintenance checks and promptly reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Wear appropriate safety gear, such as a helmet and reflective clothing, to ensure personal safety during deliveries, especially during night shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers upon delivery and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Handle cash transactions or process payments using electronic payment devices, if required.
• Valid driver's license for riding a bike (if applicable in the jurisdiction).
• Proficient bike riding skills and ability to ride safely in various weather conditions and traffic situations.
• Good physical stamina and fitness level to endure long hours of riding.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Basic knowledge of navigation tools and familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods.

Optional:

• Previous experience in delivery or courier services.
