Job Description
- Construct and repair structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and mortar.
- Interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine layout and dimensions for projects.
- Cut and shape materials using hand or power tools.
- Mix and apply mortar to join bricks or blocks together.
- Align and level bricks or blocks using plumb lines, levels, and trowels.
- Install insulation materials and damp proofing barriers.
- Repair or replace damaged bricks or blocks.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other construction workers and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
