Job Description
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in marketing technology Stack
- Proficiency in marketing platforms, automation, analytics tools, and data integration solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify inconsistencies, errors, and flow issues, and then develop solutions to address them.
- Ability to structure and implement / improve / manage QA and testing processes.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, and data pipelines and logical flows across different systems within Marketing Stack.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and tech teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in data management and analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Super detail-oriented and meticulous with work.
- Highly analytical with good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with a proven track-record of managing cross functional resources and influencing stakeholders.
- Strong time management & prioritisation skills.
- Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects.
- Must be fluent in SQL , Javascript, Browser & App
- Stay on top of latest innovations in the Marketing domain in areas such as Data, Data Policy, systems including DMP/CDP, composable architectures, generative AI and ML
- Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MS/Other Graduation
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
