Job Description

Our client is a seasonal holding company in Abu Dhabi which is seeking a Recruitment Manager (Investment Sector) to join their team.

As a Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for developing managing and executing the full cycle recruiting strategy to attract top talent that aligns with our company s goals and culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract screen and hire qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source candidates including job boards social media networking and employee referrals.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings coordinate and participate in interviews and assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and promote the companys employer brand to attract highquality candidates.
  • Talent Pipelines: Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to senior management.
  • Process Excellence: Create a robust recruitment process end to end for both candidate and Line manager.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in industry e.g. corporate international experience (preferred but not essential) healthcare finance.
  • Must be western Educated
  • Should be English Native speaker or European language speaker
  • Professional HR certification (PHR SPHR SHRMCP or SHRMSCP).
