Front End Developer JavaScript Stack - IO Tech

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Front End Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing user interfaces and experiences using JavaScript frameworks particularly React Next.js and Angular. As a Front End Developer you will play a crucial role in translating our companys and clients needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new userfacing features using React Next.js and Angular.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes.
• Write highquality maintainable and welldocumented code.
• Stay uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Front End Developer with 35 years of experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with Next.js for serverside rendering and static site generation.
• Strong understanding and handson experience with Angular.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with modern frontend build pipelines and tools.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of SEO principles.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
