Our Account Managers are the sales leads of Insight Global and the face of the organisation. They are focused on building long-lasting partnerships with clients, understanding their business and working as consultants to fill hiring needs. As an Account Manager, you will develop sales through cold calling, lead generation, consultant engagement and meeting preparation, with the purpose of developing meaningful relationships, brand loyalty and trust. You will have the opportunity to mentor a Recruiter from their first day until promotion, just as someone did for you.
