Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes according to menu specifications.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner.
Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency.
Monitor food quality and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
ist in menu planning and development of new dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
