Job Description

  • Budgets and Plans: Budget and achieve the Topline and bottom-line targets for the assigned markets.
  • Policies, Systems, Processes, & Procedures: Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures, and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
  • Day-To-Day-Operations:
  • Responsible for consistently growing sales profitably across geographies/channels, while assuring collections and effectiveness of the entire sales organization.
  • Take Full ownership for strategic and operational responsibility for sales in the assigned markets.
  • Developing a three-years sales strategy including route-to-markets across region, and future geographies
  • Work to increase potential customer base (Distributors/retailers / wholesalers) in the region.
  • Closely work with planning, supply chain, logistics and other cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, timely order processing and accurate documentation,
  • Manage, monitor, and evaluate the performance of the customers.
  • Periodically Visit customers, markets and stores to gain better understanding, track progress and identify growth opportunities.
  • Track region-wise secondary sales, stock levels to ensure proper stock availability in the customer’s warehouse to avoid out of stock situations..
  • Periodically review and provide 3 month’s rolling forecasts to supply chain and planning teams for capacity planning and timely arrangement of raw materials / stocks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet Bayara and Export department requirements, policies, and standards.
  • Health, Safety, & Environment: Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
  • Related Assignments: Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
