Roles & Responsibilities
Develop a pool of qualified candidates as required by the position using sourcing strategies such as passive candidate sourcing, leverage assigned sources, employ individual methodologies to source candidates.
Proven work experience as a Sr. Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter).
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Daily responsibilities including sourcing active and passive candidates, client management and administration of reqs ATS.
