Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles within the beauty or retail industry with a focus on omnichannel marketing strategies and brand building.
  • Previous experience in managing teams
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms ecommerce best practices and retail marketing tactics.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling brand building and consumer engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for indie beauty creativity and innovation with a commitment to driving positive change in the industry.
  • Arabic language a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine brand positioning messaging and identity that align with our mission values and target audience.
  • Lead the planning execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital social media email influencer collaborations events and PR.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging campaign concepts content and assets that showcase our product innovation and brand personality.
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce teams to develop digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility traffic and conversions.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic to our retail stores enhance the instore experience and increase sales conversion rates.
  • Plan and execute product launch strategies including prelaunch teasers influencer seeding and postlaunch promotions to generate excitement and drive sales.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to build a strong brand presence engage our community and cultivate brand advocates.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content across various channels including social media blog posts videos and product descriptions that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends market dynamics and consumer preferences through ongoing market research and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including product development sales operations and customer service to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals providing guidance support and inspiration to foster a collaborative and highperforming culture.
