Your challenges will be:

• Control of several projects running in parallel management of procedures based on knowledge of current legislation adherence to timelines and representation and validation of the clients interests during construction.

These tasks are a significant part of your daily activities:

• you do a daily tour of the construction site
• you supervise the construction schedule and manage the daily organization
• you help the work of labor protection
• you support the preparation of tenders and the planning process
• you support the preparation of small value contracts
• you take into account and observe the Nestl standards
• you coordinate and support the work of technical inspectors
• you manage the tidiness of the investment area
• you handle small costs and offers

Job Requirements

• Higher degree (civil engineer architect) as a coordinator
• Advantage 13 years of experience in a similar field is an advantage
• Knowledge of official legislation technical drawings and document standards is an advantage but not a requirement
• Knowledge of official procedures (building permit environmental protection permit occupancy permit operating permit) is an advantage but not a requirement
• Active knowledge of the English language
