Job Description:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs goals and challenges.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation onboarding and adoption of products or services.
Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement metrics and proactively identify opportunities to add value and drive retention.
Advocate for customers needs and feedback internally to improve products processes and services.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
Proven experience in customer success account management or clientfacing roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Empathy patience and a customercentric mindset.
