Accounts Executive - RTC-1 Employment Services

The Role
Job Description: Preparing all financial statements bank reconciliation invoices and payments by cheque or online bank portals. Handle petty cash and close the petty cash from other cashiers maintain credit card transaction reports and close the cards on the monthly basis record all the transactions of payments through bank credit cards or cash properly. Prepare and submit VAT reports manage monthly cash requirements by projecting and maintaining cash flow projections for equity needs and conduct VAT audits as when conducted by the FTA. Assist in preparing and reviewing salaries using software in a timely manner. Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the Group Accounting Manager.

Position Title: Accounts Executive Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 6K AED allinclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus company car and fuel Job Location: Dubai UAE About the Client: A prominent holding company with a diversified portfolio of businesses Qualifications: Open to Asian nationals 35 years old and below Minimum at least 2 years UAE experience in accounting Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Commerce. Hands on experience with accounting software such as sage tally or QuickBooks Certifications in Accounting or Finance is a plus with Driving license preferred
