Job Description

  • Attracting, retaining and scaling top talent
  • Mentor and coach Agency Partner Managers to identify and recruit agency partners who provide eCommerce service for sellers/brands
  • Determine short and long-term goals and execution plans
  • Create and implement programs and tools that increase team's business performance
  • Drive strategic plans for the top agencies and SI partners
  • Evaluate and prioritize partnership opportunities by assessing potential new seller acquisition impact
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and leadership, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Dev, Finance and Legal
  • Drive strategic meetings with senior executives to help set program direction and priorities
  • Impact product innovation through understanding and representation of customer/partners and industry trends/needs to ensure Amazon continues to provide a powerful and differentiated value proposition About the team

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Santa Monica, CA, USA BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
  • Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
  • 7+ years of eCommerce experience, including how companies leverage different technologies in DTC.
  • Direct deal flow experience.
  • Experience with consistently generating business: efficiently managing team’s workload across a pipeline of unique projects

  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to influence others internally and externally.
  • Ability to excel as a self-starter in a fast-paced and fluid “startup” environment.

The base pay for this position ranges from $154,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $288,200/year in our highest geographic market.
