Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Service: As a waitress, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to guests. This includes greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience.
Order Taking and Serving: You'll need to accurately take food and drink orders from customers and communicate them to the kitchen staff. Once the food is ready, you'll serve it to the customers in a timely and professional manner.
Menu Knowledge: Having a good understanding of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, is essential for providing helpful recommendations and answering customer inquiries.
