Space Planner

LHH is seeking an experienced Space Planner (Commercial Interior Designer) for our client in Baltimore, MD.

Location: Baltimore, Maryland 21244 (In-Office Position)

Responsibilities:

Tasks involved in this job role include meeting with potential and existing clients to understand their space plan requirements, developing detailed space plans based on client needs, generating pricing drawings for the Interior Construction Department to prepare construction estimates, preparing final sets of drawings for construction and permitting purposes, conducting meetings with clients to assist in the selection of finishes, coordinating planning and construction processes with all vendors involved, and facilitating coordination between the Leasing Department and the Interior Construction Department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design
• 3-5+ years of experience in commercial interiors and tenant development.
• Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competency in the application of commercial building and accessibility codes.
