Marketing Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex data analysis, generating insightful reports for decision-making across various teams.
• Lead the design, development, and management of reports, dashboards, and portals integrating data from multiple sources.
• Maintain and support AC Nielsen sales data, SAP product data, and manage the CRM system (SAP HANA).
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and collaborative support to less experienced business analysts.
• Participate in the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent quantitative training.
• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, interpretation, and team/project management.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Mastery of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
• Must have strong experience in Excel.
• Must have experience with VLOOKUP pivot tables.
• Teamwork, self-confidence, organizational prowess, and effective communication skills.
• Substantial experience with ERP and CRM systems, basic understanding of Business Intelligence tools.

Language Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Bilingual skills (English and Chinese - Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred.
