Roles & Responsibilities
M365 Monitoring:
Proactively monitor the health and performance of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) using built-in tools and third-party solutions.
Analyze system logs, alerts, and performance metrics to identify potential issues and outages.
Respond promptly to alerts and troubleshoot M365 service disruptions to minimize downtime.
Document incidents and resolution procedures for future reference.
Escalate critical incidents to the appropriate teams following established procedures.
Work collaboratively with other IT professionals to resolve complex M365 issues.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding service disruptions and restoration efforts.
Generate reports on M365 service performance and availability.
