Mall Manager-Arabic Speaking

Our client is a leading group of companies are looking for an experienced Mall Manager for their family destination shopping center in Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with mall tenants.
• Address tenant concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the mall.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure repairs and upkeep are performed efficiently.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
• Develop and manage the malls operating budget.
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize revenue and reduce expenses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management property management or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills English & Arabic.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking skills.
