This role is responsible for creating and managing sustainable processes to manage the procedures services andcosts related to Transportation warehousing
Ensure logistics fulfillment for new business models/GTM
Manages 3PL / warehouse operations to meet customers order & requirements
Manages inbound flow put away strategy
Implements & utilizes WMS to optimize space utilization
Ensures pick / pack efficiency & productivity
Implements & utilizes TMS to optimize load and route planning
Manages returns & reverse logistics
Ensure strict compliance to company safety policies and manages necessary documentation
Ensures efficiency and costeffectiveness of operations
Realizes productivity targets
Deliver best in class Customer Service & Service as a differentiator
Increases customer satisfaction by improved quality and delivery
Enables Customer Collaboration/Visibility
Manages performance of the function and builds capabilities

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Excellent coordination & Supervisory skills in a Warehouse environment
Proficient in Domain Systems WMS TMS
Has strong customer orientation
Speed and execution focused
High levels of customer service
Level Differentiators (Dimensions relating to accountability
