Fruit Picker

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Fruit Picker to join our team. As a Fruit Picker, you will be responsible for harvesting ripe fruits from trees or bushes, ensuring that only the highest quality produce is collected. This is a physically demanding role that requires endurance and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carefully inspect trees or bushes to identify ready-to-pick fruits
• Gently harvest fruits without causing any damage
• Sort and pack harvested fruits into containers or crates
• Ensure that harvested fruits are of the highest quality
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
• Collaborate with other team members to efficiently complete tasks
• Meet daily production targets
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Fruit Picker or in a similar role preferred
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to work for extended periods of time in outdoor conditions
• Basic knowledge of different fruit varieties and their ripening stages
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
