Sr Contracts Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years of contract administration and contract management experience, including a full range of commercial and international government contract types.
• Proven experience supervising staff at the manager level.
• Must have experience in solicitation analysis, risk assessment, contract negotiation, and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with both internal and external customers.
• Thorough knowledge of all appropriate ethical standards regarding contracting actions.
• Experience working with a Product Manufacturing Company desired.
• Strong demonstrated knowledge of commercial contract terms and conditions.
• Must have the ability to make sound business judgments, handle multiple contractual activities with a short turnaround time, and work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Highly motivated and detail oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively, solve problems and create trusting relationships with both internal and external clients in quick turnaround environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with competing urgencies.
• Must be able to complete job responsibilities working with different time zone needs such as attending late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet business needs; travel required
