- Capability to guide the new executive in understanding the company culture, vision, and leadership style.
2. Organization and Documentation
- High level of organizational skills to ensure all important documents, data, and reports are systematically prepared for the handover.
- Ability to create a comprehensive handover document that includes the status of ongoing projects, financials, key contacts, and strategic goals.
3. Strategic Thinking
- An understanding of the organization’s long-term goals and the ability to clearly explain these to the new executive.
- Ability to frame decisions within the context of the organization's strategic vision and mission.
4. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
- Ability to identify potential challenges or unresolved issues in the transition process and address them proactively.
- Supporting the incoming executive in making important decisions based on past experiences and insights.
5. Confidentiality and Trustworthiness
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information during the handover.

6. Stakeholder Management

Desired candidate profile
Handover Process Management
- Coordinate and schedule property handovers with buyers.
- Coordinate property inspections before handover to ensure quality standards are met.
- Guide clients through the handover process, explaining necessary documentation and procedures.
- Address and resolve any last-minute issues related to the property.
Client Communication & Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Russian and Chinese-speaking clients.
- Provide clear and professional communication regarding handover timelines, legal procedures, and property details.
- Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Educate buyers on property management, maintenance guidelines, and warranty policies.
Documentation & Compliance
- Assist in preparing and verifying handover documentation, including contracts and legal papers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate regulations, and local property laws.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to facilitate smooth ownership transfers.
Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with internal teams (engineering, customer service, sales, etc.) to ensure a smooth handover process.
- Maintain accurate records of all handover transactions and client communications.
