We are looking for a Payroll Compliance Specialist who can take care of the below mentioned job responsibilities


1. Ensure compliance with Tax SS and labor laws regulations and other employment related legislation.
2. Manage day to day payroll compliance activities.
3. Stay informed about the change in tax SS and labor laws affection payroll.
4. Interpret and communicate changes in regulations to the payroll team and other relevant stakeholders.
5. Maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance policies and practices including tax SS documents and compliance related information.
6. Conduct regular internal audits of payroll process to ensure compliance.
7. Address all inquiries related to payroll compliance.
8. Collaborate with legal experts on employment and labor laws.
9. Provide recommendations for improvement based on compliance reports.
10. Identify and address compliancerelated issues promptly.
11. Gather and maintain all documents and information s related to EOR/MMS and filing activity.
12. Provide all field support services (Visit government offices) online filing and payments.
13. Provide process and steps for set up entity and creating bank account.
14. Ensure all ground support services (Visiting clients managing EE in the country)
