Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Polish speaking Sales & Marketing Agents to one of the biggest social media platforms in the world.

We can only hire EU citizens or candidates who have a valid work permit to work fulltime hours in Germany.

What we offer:

• Salary of € 2750 monthly/ €33,000 per year
• Up to € 625 monthly performance bonus large

Your tasks:

• Analysis of marketing campaigns for your existing customers (small and medium-sized companies).
• Answering customer inquiries about the social media platform and its products. Assistance in achieving advertising goals and budget improvement.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Implementation and success control of digital campaigns of your existing customers. Providing feedback and recommendations on marketing campaigns.
• Early detection of campaign trends and escalation of challenging campaign developments.
  

Experiences:

• Fluency in Polish and very good command of English (at least B2 level)
• Experience in social media and/or digital marketing is a plus
• Strong sales-oriented outlook, entrepreneurial thinking and “go the extra mile” attitude
• Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
