Highlights of the position:
- Handle client service appointments.
- Complete vehicle walk-arounds.
- Write client repair orders and assist with diagnosing service issues.
- Present maintenance schedule recommendations.
- Prepare time and price estimates for service and parts.
- Keep in constant contact with clients, updating them via phone, email and chat.
- Process client payments.
- Schedule future service appointments.
- Support with service and parts initiatives and processes as required.
- Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance
- Confers with customers about inspection results, recommends corrective procedures, and prepares work order for needed repairs
- Explains the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
- Two to Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Automotive dealership or similar experience a definite asset
- Valid G Driver’s License and clean driver abstract
