4-Revenue Management and Financial Performance
- In tandem with the Commercial Team develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability across all revenue streams, including room sales, food and beverage, and ancillary services.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenses, implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve financial targets and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for revenue optimization and cost savings while maintaining the highest quality standards.
5-Stakeholder Relations and Community Engagement
- Cultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, investors, suppliers, and local authorities, to ensure alignment and support for Ciel Tower's objectives.
- Act as an ambassador for Ciel Tower within the local community and hospitality industry, participating in events, initiatives, and partnerships to enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Extensive pre-opening experience of five-star hotels.
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles (General Manager or higher) within the hospitality industry, with a track record of success in managing large-scale operations upper upscale operations.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and optimize profitability.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
