- Liaise with laundry suppliers and dry cleaners to ensure timely and quality cleaning of uniforms, linens, and other materials.
- Provide comprehensive sewing and tailoring services for guests, catering to various materials and garment types.
- Maintain par stocks of uniform inventory to meet operational requirements.
- Properly handle soiled and damaged linens, ensuring they are stored securely and disposed of in accordance with hotel standards and regulations.
- Report any maintenance or hazard issues related to laundry facilities or equipment promptly.
- Adhere to IHG standards and all health and safety legislation, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
