- Perform regular tours and spot check dormitories and other related facilities to ensure all rules and regulations, including hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness are followed.
- Review and Inspect the accommodation to ensure that maintenance needs and preventive maintenance is being carried out.
- Coordinate employee distribution planning with the concerned project managers on the number of required employees on various sites and investigate shortages and discrepancies.
- Follow up on health emergencies, accidents and coordinate with the HR and HSE teams ensuring proactive measures are being taken.
- Investigate employee concerns and resolve them if possible. Speak to HR team if the matter needs to be escalated.
- Maintain records for the use of catering, laundry services and the procurement of materials and issue daily, weekly or monthly status reports depending on requirements for management and finance departments.
- Maintain a daily log of employees in the camp who have not reported to work and inform HR of the same.
- Handle transportation logistics as per different site timings or according to directives from site or head office. Coordinate with HR & Sites for employee transfer or movement to different sites, and arrange transport for emergency cases.
