Key roles and responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of infrastructure projects including planning scheduling budgeting and implementation.

Coordinate with stakeholders leadership and other teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Evaluate and mitigate project risks and provide solutions to unexpected challenges.

Develop and manage project budgets ensuring costeffectiveness and timely completion of projects.

Set project goals timelines and deliverables ensuring team members meet project milestones.

Develop project plans and budget estimates for infrastructure projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and establish project goals objectives and timelines.

Monitor project progress identify deviations from plans and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Provide status reports to management and stakeholders on a regular basis.

Manage project risks and issues and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.

Ensure project requirements and deliverables are clearly defined documented and communicated to all stakeholders.

Track and manage project expenditures to ensure projects are within budget and financial goals are met.

Provide leadership and direction to project team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Ensure all projects follow standard operating procedures policies and guidelines.

The candidate must possess expertise/experience in the following domains

Proven leadership capability.
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or construction related technical/business field
10 years of related construction phase experience is required with 5 years of related project management experience on related projects
Incumbent should have a broad general technical and business background.
Professional registration may also be required.
Must have the ability to manage projects interface with clients and enjoy being hands on technically in the project.
Should be involved when required in the designs on the project.
Capability in scheduling using Primavera P6 and ongoing monitoring and driving of projects with wellordered and logical sequence;
Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards. Proven ability to perform in a management capacity excellent written and oral communications.
Strong eye for detail coupled with a methodical and organized approach;
You will be a forwardthinking individual ready to change the status quo and bring fresh ideas to the team on how we can manage and deliver our projects.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills will be well utilised and your ability to develop internal and external working relationships is essential
