- working on the exterior of the complex patching stucco and replacing wood when needed. Light painting
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Willing to learn and good attitude are key factors. R3 is willing to train even if only one of the above skill sets is proficient.
Experience Level:
- Intermediate Level
Work Environment:
- All positions are 1st shift M-F 7:45-4:30, working in teams of two refurbishing vacant apartments.
Benefits:
- Once converted to R3 employee, R3 full benefits package will go into effect
