You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailEnsure that internal project management procedures proposed by PMC are approved by the company and implemented by all PMC employees in full compliance with contract requirements and company procedures.
Conduct documented induction sessions for all PMC staff to ensure they are aware of project requirements.
Ensure that all PMC personnel are familiar with approved project procedures and drawings.
Review and comment on the contractor's proposed site organization and resumes of key personnel.
Review and monitor the construction equipment and workforce chart proposed by the contractor and inform the company of any shortage of time.
Establish documented procedures for reviewing and commenting on proposed subcontractors, vendors, materials, shop drawings, and any other submissions by contractors. Any deviation from project requirements should be reported appropriately to company management, with emphasis on any potential time and/or cost impact associated with it.
Ensure contractor compliance with its contractual obligations relating to design changes, direction notices, etc.
Regular visits to the project site to monitor global site activities regarding quality, safety and progress and inform company representatives of results, areas of concern and take corrective action.
Lead the PMC team in evaluating all Information Requests (IC) as submitted by the Contractor and liaising with the Design Consultant in a timely manner if necessary. However, if the PMC team has sufficient information and supporting documents, it prepares the contractor's response without delay.
Ensure PMC staff and consultant engagement and implementation of field quality control procedures, safety aspects and progress.
Deep involvement in sending the contractor for the construction methodology. Method statements, project quality plan, safety plan, timelines and compliance with project objectives.
Lead PMC in the review and implementation of pre-commissioning and commissioning plans.
Lead the PMC team in final work inspection and punch list preparation. This activity must be fully coordinated with the end user.
Lead the PMC team in reviewing and evaluating the final report submitted by the contractor.
Ensure that all basic drawings, warranties and manuals, operation and maintenance manuals, spare parts and training programs provided by the contractor (after PMC assessment) of all disciplines are reviewed and verified against project requirements.
Prepare and submit final closure report to PMC for the project.
