- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Act as a personal assistant to the manager, handling scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Generate payment links for clients and manage financial transactions.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Perform secretarial duties, including managing correspondence, filing, and organizing documents.
- Handle any additional administrative work as required by the manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have a personal laptop and be tech-savvy.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Working 6 days per week is required.
