Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various levels and functions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings candidate sourcing screening interviewing and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on effective hiring practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies universities and professional organizations to enhance our talent pipeline.
  • Implement and oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies to foster a positive work environment and reduce turnover.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies procedures and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations at the local state and federal levels.
  • Oversee the performance management process including goal setting performance evaluations and development planning.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update HR policies procedures and employee handbooks as needed.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in HR and talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR and talent acquisition roles with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in fullcycle recruitment including sourcing interviewing and selection techniques.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant HR technology platforms.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Proven experience as HR and Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a team.
  • Working knowledge of all UAE Labor laws Ability to Commute: Dubai (Required) Ability to Relocate: Dubai: Relocate before starting work (Required).
