2. Responsible for driving innovation and operational efficiencies to create a best in class talent acquisition practices within the organisation.
3. Collaborate with the business by understanding market drivers, competitive landscape and alignment to business needs.
4. Develop and update job descriptions.
5. Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
6. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
7. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to internal stakeholders.
8. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
9. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify and close staffing needs.
10. Create, maintain, and continuously update the relevant databases.
11. Keep abreast with market information, talent movements and relevant business highlights.
12. Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
13. Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
14. Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.
15. Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance.
16. Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions.
17. Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
18. Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
19. Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
20. Report to senior management by analysing data and using HR metrics.
21. Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountability, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, and compensation.
22. Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and counselling staff.
