About the job
- Lead on employee engagement for the organisation with over 5000 employees
- Manage all organizations internal communications campaigns and Intranet tools
- Establish strategy and manage budget for all employeeled activations
- Reinforce company culture and vision through ongoing engagement
- Organize all employee events (Townhalls engagement events CSR initiatives sustainability roadmap ethics)
- Support on all company wellness activities
- Create reports and evaluate all of the above
Requirements:
- You would have at least 7 years of experience within Employee Engagement
- Solid background within either PR Media Relations Events Management Marketing initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
