• Lead on employee engagement for the organisation with over 5000 employees
• Manage all organizations internal communications campaigns and Intranet tools
• Establish strategy and manage budget for all employeeled activations
• Reinforce company culture and vision through ongoing engagement
• Organize all employee events (Townhalls engagement events CSR initiatives sustainability roadmap ethics)
• Support on all company wellness activities
• Create reports and evaluate all of the above

Requirements:

• You would have at least 7 years of experience within Employee Engagement
• Solid background within either PR Media Relations Events Management Marketing initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
